- Your item is no longer replaceable after 1 month of delivery.
- We may process a replacement for your item if the request it within the 2 weeks warranty period.
- We will process 1 free replacement for your item due to a size issue only, if it is a noncustom item. Please contact us about it, if you need a replacement. Please remember, that we pay for shipping only, if we have made a failure and sent you wrong item. Other situation you are obligated to pay shipping costs for sending back wrong item and next shipment o replacement.
We highly recommend our customers to proper check the size of purchased item.
All dimensions are given in millimeters, but since these are products manufactured and processed by hand, we assume a possible deviation of 2-4% from the intended dimension.
We set up all units in milimetre precision. Please remember that 1 inch = 25,4 mm
- We will process a replacement for a damaged item after we investigate the cause of the damage. If it is found that the damage is not due to our negligence, we will not process a replacement or full refund.
- We will not process a replacement for a custom item because you do not like the final result. From the beginning of your order, you’re the one who is selecting all the designs and materials that you would like us to incorporate into your jewelry piece. Before placing the order, make sure to put or include all the details correctly and make sure that you like everything (designs, materials, colors, etc.). If you have any doubts about the designs or materials, feel free to email us to get an opinion from one of our experienced craftsmen. We may give a refund, but it will not be a full refund because the item was custom made to your specifications and will not be easily resellable.
